(1) PCDA (Personal Computer Dynamic Authenticator) :
For Personal usage, the Personal Computer Dynamic Authenticator has the following features:
A. Construct the powerful authenticating/verifying barrier to protect Personal Computers and private information
B. Simplified installation software and user friendly, easy to use
C. Compatible to the current Start-Up Mechanisms and Application Principles of the Operation Systems
D. The generator has the strict protection designs in hardware and software, the applied content of the application will not be decrypted
E. Applied and mathematically calculated by modern cryptography with high safety
F. Multiple-usage in one piece of PCDA with a great available range of application purposes as many available applying ways in authentication for other compatible systems
G. Special designed IC with high stability and long lifespan, and the usage benefit can be extended with changeable battery
H. Maximized usage flexibility as the user can transfer the data of NIPASS Token to another computer and keep using it
(2)Enterprise E-Commerce Transaction Application:
In Enterprise E-Commerce applications, NIPASS Token issued to clients, vendors or suppliers can achieve the goals such as User Identification, Transaction Security during Network or Voice Transactions; also the User Authentication, Card Loss Registration jK etc in associated E-Commerce Application Operations by means of authenticating the user verification when using the Internet, Voice CalljKetc to login Transaction Application Systems by WEB or other methods for accounting related transactions.
(3) Enterprise Security Management Application :
User Identification when employees login the Application Systems and software application resources through Intranet. The User Login Interface is completed by Self-appointed Login Interface SDK offered by each Network Application System combined with the Dynamic Cipher - NIPASS Token Designs, e.g. the WINDOWS Login Interface- MSGINA from Microsoft, PAM Interface from Linux, and the NMAS API from Novell. The condition of verifying NIPASS Token can be simply added onto the original Application Interface's frameworks.
(4) Enterprise Network Management Application :
User Identification when employees login the Intranet Application Systems by remote access through Router, Switch, Firewall, or Cisco ACSjKetc devices or software. When a User login, the devices or software mentioned above would issue Authentication Request to the RADIUS SERVER of the NIPASS Token Server System in RADIUS, LDAP jKetc protocols. The server would verify the content and reply the outcome, which will be the determination of these devices/software to handle the login request of this user.
(5) Network Authentication Application Protocol :
A. Support LDAP (Lightweight Directory Service Protocol) application, which can be applied to general Directory Service in Personnel Security Control jK etc
B. Support RADIUS ( Remote Access Dial In User Service ) application, which can combine Router, Firewall, VPNjKetc mechanisms in Network Login Security Control, such as Cisco ACS related Hard/Software Login/out Control Equipment
C. Support Windows NT/2000 Domain application, which can be applied to Domain User Control
D. Support NOVELL NDS eDirectory application, which can be applied to User Network Login Control
E. Support Internet TCP/IP application, used in various System Software
(6) Coordination with other Communication & Application Products:
A. The system can generate the "One-Time Password" (valid for only one time) and transmit it to the user's email box through Internet
B. Using the Short Message Service of Telecommunication Systems, the system can transmit the "One-Time Password" to the user's mobile phone
C. The Software NIPASS Token Generator can be used in general PC or PDA Operating Platforms
D. Embedded the latest Encryption / Decryption Algorithm - 128 bits AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), which can be integrated with the PKI mechanism for applied functions such as Digital Signature, Transmission EncryptionjK etc
